Dear participants of the 1st Slovenian International IBD Congress,
It is my great pleasure to invite you to actively participate in the congress in the form of poster presentations. Participants will have the opportunity to present both interesting clinical cases and their research activities. All healthcare professionals who treat patients with IBD can participate.
The posters will be displayed on both days of the congress at a designated location, and the evaluation and award ceremony will take place on the second day before the end of the congress. The prizes will be interesting, so it will be worth staying until the end.
The posters will also be published as part of a supplement to the Slovenian Journal of Gastroenterology, so we kindly ask you to submit your abstract (in word format, max. one A4 page with up to max. 5 references) or final poster (in pdf format, A4 size) by the deadline September 27th, 2025 to the e-mail address andreja.ocepek06@gmail.com.
The abstract for the journal and the content of the poster should be in English. The poster must be in portrait format (upright), with a maximum size of 84.1 x 118.9 cm (or A0 format).
Poster mounting materials will be available at the event and will be provided upon registration for the congress. Authors are responsible for hanging and taking down posters in a timely manner.
